Day : 1
Arrival Kathmandu International Airport (1350 m), transfer to hotel in the center of Thamel.
Upon your arrival in Kathmandu, we will pick you up from the airport and will transfer you to the hotel. You can relax today as nothing is planned for the day. Overnight at the hotel in Kathmandu.
Day : 2
Fly to Lukla (2840m), commence trek to Phakding (2610m), 4 hrs.
You will have breakfast at the hotel, after which we will move to the airport to catch the most thrilling and exciting flight to Lukla. After we land in Lukla, we will start our journey by trekking to Phakding on a trail full of small settlements of Sherpa people living in the shade of the Himalayas. You will get a view of Mt. Nupla (5885 m), Kusum Kanguru (6367 m), and Mount Kongde Range as well as the Dudh Koshi River. Overnight at the hotel in Phakding.
Day : 3
Trek to Namche Bazaar (3440m), 5hrs.
We will trek to Namche from Phakding through rhododendron forests, beautiful waterfalls, and amazing views of nature. We will enter Sagarmatha National Park after crossing a small suspension bridge in Monjo, from where we make a steep climb to reach the famous Sherpa town—Namche Bazaar. In the evening, we will explore the beautiful Namche Bazaar. We will spend the night in Namche.
Day : 4
Acclimatization day, Hike to Everest View Hotel, Khumjung Village and Khunde community Hospital, Hilary Memorial Park, O/N in Namche.

Today we will stay in Namche Bazaar for acclimatization to the thinning air. To acclimatize better, we will do a short hike to Khumjung and Khunde villages. On our way, we will visit the Everest View Hotel, which is a famous viewpoint for observing the Everest panorama. We will then hike to Khumjung, which is a large settlement of Sherpa community. Here, we visit the Khumjung Monastery and have a look of the Yeti skull that is displayed in the monastery premise. We will further ascend to Khunde village and visit the Khunde Community Hospital there. Later we will descend back to Namche in the evening. Overnight in Namche Bazaar.
Day : 5
Trek to Thame (3800m), 4-5 hrs.
We will trek to Thame along the side of Bhote Koshi River. We will ascend through dense and vibrant rhododendron and pine forests. This trek will also take us to an old mud plastered monastery which holds a very rich history. At the end of the trek, we will find Khumbu Hydroelectric Project Plant. We will spend the night in Thame.
Day : 6
Trek to Lunde, (4365m), 4-5 hrs.
Today the trail will lead us to Taranga village, which is full of unique plants and animals along with the Sherpa locals living there. Since technology has not reached there, you will get to experience the raw untouched nature. You will cross Marulung, which is on the east bank of Bhote Koshi River, and hike to Lumde. We will spend the night in Lumde.
Day : 7
Trek to Gokyo Lake (4790 m) via Renjo Pass (5345m), 7-8 hrs.
We will climb on a steep and slippery trail to reach the high pass of Renjo La (5360m), which is marked with colorful prayer flags. From the top of the pass, the stunning panorama of Cho Oyu (8188m), Chamar (7287m), Everest (8848m), Lhotse (8414m), Rolwaling Himal Range, and several other snowy peaks can be seen. We then descend n moraines on a quiet path to reach the third Gokyo Lake, Dudh Pokhari, which sits gracefully with the backdrop of the quaint village of Gokyo. Overnight in Gokyo.
Day : 8
Early in the morning, hike to Gokyo Ri (5357m), back to lodge, comtinue trek to Draknak (4700m)
Today we will hike to Gokyo Ri (5357 m), which hosts an amazing view of Nepal’s longest glacier–Ngozumpa Glacier. Gokyo Ri is also an excellent vantage point to witness majestic views of the mountains and of the many Gokyo Lakes situated below. After enjoying the view from Gokyo Ri, we will hike back to Gokyo village and trek through Ngozumpa Glacier to follow its ridgeline to reach Dragnag. Overnight in Dragnag.
Day : 9
Attack to Chola Pass (5420m), Descend to Zongla (4830m), big day, 8-9 hrs.
We cross another high pass today. The ascent to Cho La (5420m) is steep and tricky as the trail is covered in snow and ice. A stunning view of Cho Oyu (8188m), Everest (8848m), Lhotse (8414m), Cholatse (6335m), Pumori (7165m), and many other snow-covered mountains can be seen from the top of Cho La (5420m). We will then descend through the moraine trail to reach Dzongla. Overnight in Dzongla.
Day : 10
Trek to Gorokshep (5100m) via Labuche (4900m), hike to Kalapathar for sunset if possible.
Leaving Dzongla, we first descend gradually and then ascend alongside Khumbu Glacier to reach Lobuche. Ascending further, we cross Lobuche Pass (5116m) and continue to climb on the side of Khumbu Glacier to arrive in Gorakshep. After a short rest in Gorakshep, we will hike to Kala Patthar (5550m) to enjoy the surreal effects of the sunset over the high Himalayas, including the gorgeous peak of Everest (8848m). You can see the mountains right in front of you, which might leave you awestruck and mesmerized. We later hike back to Gorakshep for the overnight stay.
Day : 11
Excursion to Everest Base Camp (5364m) and back to Thukla, 7-8 hrs.
Today we will trek to Everest Base Camp and explore that area. We ascend on a moraine trail slowly and carefully and reach the foot of the mighty Everest (8848m), which for some is the starting point of the journey but for us is the final destination. Up close view of Mount Everest and its surrounding mountains will keep us entertained at the base camp. After spending some time at the base camp, we will go back to our lodge in Gorakshep and have lunch before descending to Thukla for the overnight stay.
Day : 12
Trek to Tengboche (3870 m), 5-6 hrs.
We will follow a small stream from Thukla until reaching Pheriche, from where the trails alongside Imja Khola take us to the village of Tengboche via many small Sherpa villages. In Tengboche, we will visit the spiritual center of Khumbu, Tengboche Monastery. An ancient monastery, Tengboche Monastery is revered by the Sherpa people of the Khumbu region. Overnight in Tengboche.
Day : 13
Trek to Namche Bazaar (3440 m), 5 hrs.
Leaving Tengboche, we will trek back to Namche from where we started, reminiscing about the journey we’ve just completed. We can explore Namche as it is a very touristy area. You can chill and relax in Namche Bazaar and go around exploring the nooks and corners. We will stay overnight in Namche.
Day : 14
Trek to Phakding, 5 hrs.
From Namche Bazaar, we will trek to Phakding following the downstream trail of Dudh Koshi River. The trail passes many Sherpa villages and walks through the forest of rhododendron and magnolia to exit Sagarmatha National Park and reach Phakding. If you wish, you can visit the 500 years old Pemacholing Monastery. We will stay overnight in Phakding.
Day : 15
Trek to Lukla, final day of the trekking, 3 hrs.
Today is our final day of trekking as we retrace our way from Phakding to Lukla. The trail is dotted with many monasteries, Chortens, Mani walls, and small Sherpa villages, situated on the banks of Dudh Koshi River. We will have plenty of time upon reaching Lukla, so you can explore the town leisurely. You can also interact with the Sherpa locals. We will stay overnight at a lodge in Lukla.
Day : 16
Fly to Kathmandu, transfer to hotel.
We will fly back to Kathmandu taking the most thrilling flight once again. The mountains, hills, and the clouds keep us company as we return to Kathmandu. Upon arrival in the capital, you will be transferred to your hotel. You can later visit the cafes and restaurants in Thamel, and have a relaxing time after long days of trekking. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day : 17
Sightseeing day in Kathmandu Valley- Swayambhunath, Boudhanath and Pashupatinath, O/N in hotel.
Today you will visit Swayambhunath temple, also known as Monkey temple, which is a Buddhist pilgrimage site full of monkeys. You will also visit another Buddhist pilgrimage site, Boudhanath, which is a mandala shaped stupa dedicated to Lord Buddha. After that, you will visit Pashupatinath temple, which is a Hindu pilgrimage site where you can observe how Hindu people cremate the dead. All these sites are UNESCO world heritage sites situated inside Kathmandu city. You will stay overnight at the hotel
Day : 18
Shopping day or Free day in Kathmandu, O/N in hotel.
It’s shopping day today so that you can buy authentic Nepali things for your family and friends back home. Don’t forget to bargain and grab everything that catches your eye. Thamel is the perfect place for shopping so that you can get everything you want. You will stay overnight at the hotel.
Day : 19
Transfer to International airport of Kathmandu for final departure from Nepal.
We will drop you at the airport 3 hours before your flight time, and bid you goodbye wishing for a safe flight.
